They are not part of you! Here’s what you do. Pretend you are throwing a heavy sack of potatoes over a 5 foot fence in front of you. you would not think mechanics to do that. You would just heave the sack. You’ve always known how to do that without being given a lot of mechanics. You do it naturally. That’s the way to swing your golf club. So take either a 7 wood or a 6 iron to the practice tee. Swing 5 times as hard as you can, swinging the golf club but pretending you were throwing that potatoe sack, ignoring any mechanics. Then swing 5 more times really hard but closely watch the direction your clubhead moves through the imaginary impact point. Adjust your stance as necessary so the clubhead moves the right direction when it zips through the impact point. Swing 5 more times really hard to make sure that the clubhead is moving along your target line. Swing as hard as you can, swinging as though you meant to throw the clubhead through the ball. Swing with your whole body (as though you were throwing that heavy sack of potatoes.) Loosen up and through the clubhead through the ball 30 more times, each time swinging more fully and looslely with you whole body. You should start getting the feelingof swinging naturally, and the balls should start to fly al lot further. Practice letting the club fly throught the ball

You need to simply go to the practice tee wth a 6 iron, line up to hit, then take 5 practice swings swinging as hard as you can. Don't trty to do anything except swing as if you are going to throw the clubhead down the as FAR AS YOU CAN, but don't let go of the club. Then take 5 more also swinging as hard as you can but on these 5 swings watch closely to see if your clubhead is moving throughthe impact point in the right direction. (If the direction isn't right move your feet so that it is). WHen it's right then put a ball down.If it isto see if the clubhead is
